TAKE PRE-COOKED SHOULDER OUT OF THE REFRIGERATOR ONE HOUR BEFORE PLACING IN OVEN. PREHEAT OVEN TO 300 DEGREES F. KEEP SHOULDER IN FOIL AND PLACE IN AN APPROPRIATE SIZED OVEN SAFE PAN. BAKE ONE HOUR OR UNTIL SHOULDER IS COMPLETELY WARMED THROUGH.
